To enroll for EXCEL's online course:

Click here, complete and submit the online
reservation form.

We will mail you an Enrollment Form to be completed and signed. Please mail to us a deposit of $125.

	Balance is due upon completion of Excel's online course.
	Make your check payable to EXCEL Driving Instruction and mail it to: EXCEL 2403 N. Campbell Valparaiso, IN 46385

After we receive the enrollment form and deposit, we will
mail you a confirmation letter, web site and code number
to start the course.

When the online course is completed, call Excel and we will administer the final test.

Balance is due and we will issue the CDE to get the
learner's permit.

Students may then sign up for the six (1-hour) behind the wheel drive times.
